November is the time to count our many blessings - name them one by one.
So, I am going to do just that. I am going to take one blessing from each day. Something that really blessed me that day, not just a blessing in general, and write it out here. Sometimes we ignore the little blessings and that is what I am going to look for each day.
Blessing # 18 - Today I was blessed so simply. A short conversation with a friend just warmed my heart. She said just what I needed to hear without even knowing that I needed to hear it. This friend has always been such a joy in my life and today she was just what I needed, even though I saw her for just 5 minutes.

I love the idea of counting your blessings. It's so easy to focus on the negative and lose sight of the good things in life. I'm glad you've got such a good friend in your life.
