(Makes 6 servings)
Ingredients:
- 3 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla soy or almond milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup raisins
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries, cherries or blueberries
- 1/3 cup sweetened flaked coconut
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds
- 4 tablespoons honey (optional)

Stacie, I just started reading your blog and I look forward to reading your archived posts.
